The staff made my stay truly enjoyable with their exceptional hospitality. I was especially impressed by Shayan at the front desk, who provided warm assistance during check-in and ensured all my needs were met promptly. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable.

Why I’m torn on this

The warm welcome from Waleed and Rame created a brilliant first impression. The Deluxe King Room was vast and kept spotless, and the buffet dinner was absolutely delightful!

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired, and the staff at the nightclub seemed quite unfriendly during our brief encounters.

The luxurious ambiance of the hotel combined with the attentive service made our short stay delightful. Special thanks to Shyan for his excellent support at the front desk, making our experience memorable.

Our stay was greatly enhanced by the immaculate room that offered exceptional comfort. The shuttle service to the city center was particularly handy for exploring. The warm reception staff truly made us feel welcome, creating a delightful atmosphere during our visit.

Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness was not up to par, leaving a lot to be desired.

The shuttle service to Deira city center mall provided a convenient way to explore the area. The beach transfer was a nice touch, making sun-soaked outings simple.

Upon entering, coffee stains marred the carpet in my room, reflecting a lack of basic cleanliness. Bugs weren't just a rumor. they were part of the decor in my stay. The TV setup was outdated and only allowed for hotel-provided entertainment, making it impossible to binge-watch anything on Netflix. extra charges for cleaning stains that were already there felt unjust. The checkout process was long and highlighted the hotel's push for positive reviews, making it feel a bit insincere. Breakfast was bland, with limited European dishes and overall a monotonous selection.

Excellent location near metro and amenities. Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were great!

The breakfast selection was a glorious spread, showcasing a vast variety of quality dishes. Every morning felt like a culinary adventure! The staff at the front desk were gems, especially Mr Rami, who expedited check-in like a boss, making our arrival smooth as butter.

Had a fab stay! The staff were super friendly, especially Gopal who helped with my bags. The club was fun, and the room was way better than I expected. The health club could use a lil upgrading though. The location was sweet for heading out too. Dinner at the bar was nice, but parking was kinda tight!

Spent 2 nights in a spacious room, but the swimming pool was a bit too deep for kids. On the plus side, Shayan at the front desk was a legend!

Had a awesome time! The Premier Twin room was spacious and comfy with a fridge, microwave, and even a kitchenette. Love the large private bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries. The staff, especially Shayan, were super helpful. Also enjoyed the good food and the beach transfer made it easy to chill at the coast!
